Donum Visi
creates employment
for poor families in India
Donum Visi enabled poor households in slums of Tirupati, India with employment by identifying tailors among them and sponsoring them to make masks at large scale. About 6000 families have access to this initiative. So far, about 2000-3000 masks have already been distributed. Another 2-3000 would be good to go. Most of them work as vendors, domestic maids, hawkers and petty shops and canteens. They are slowly recovering from lockdown effect as their businesses were hit.
Design to Donation!
Donum Visi members make hundreds of high filtration
3-layer masks and donate them to CCMP (Coalition of Concerned Medical Professionals), Oakland, helping healthcare workers and very low-income families through Covid-19 crisis
